  • Pathways @ Work

    Our Pathways to Equity trainings empower participants to become advocates, allies and leaders for diversity, equity and inclusion within their organizations. We partner with organizations, firms, and local government to offer a two-part introductory webinar, the full six part Pathways to Equity training, and other customizations.

  • Equity Pause

    We recognize that times of pause and reflection are needed in the design and planning process to disrupt inequity. We facilitate equity pause sessions for firms, their clients, and partners to reveal more equitable methods to collaborate and co-create while sharing tools for difficult conversations.
